Jonathan has developed a love and admiration for startup and early stage ventures, reflected through his propensity to leave an unpacked suitcase at home at all times, and a familiarity with dozens of airports and hotels across the country. As the first hire and Vice President of Sales & Partnerships at his current company H Code Media, he’s worked with his team to bring on board key strategic partnerships with Ford, Anheuser-Busch, Chase, McDonald’s, Walmart, Heineken, and Disney to name a few. Prior to H Code Media, Jonathan was a part of the founding team for Spanish-language media company, SABEResPODER™, where he served as the Vice President of Business Development. Other companies and prior work include DWNLD, The JAM School Program, the NFL, and the NBA.

In addition to co-founding Electric Flight Crew, he fulfilled his lucha libre aspirations by coaching middle & high school wrestling at the Brentwood School for 8 years. He loves to travel, lives a pretty active lifestyle on the beach, is a die-hard UCLA Bruin fan, has an appreciation for artisanal donuts & coffee, and calls Brentwood home with his wife and better half, Taryn, their daughter Dylan and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Simba.

Josh Goldman, MD, MBA
Josh Goldman, MD, MBACo-Founder // Ops
Joshua completed his fellowship training in Sports Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, working closely with the UCLA Departments of Athletics, Orthopedic Surgery, and Family Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.

He attended graduate school at the University of Southern California, completing his Medical Degree at the Keck School of Medicine concurrent with his Master of Business Administration at the Marshall School of Business. He completed an internship with the USC Athletic Department, Hospital for Special Surgery Department of Sports Medicine, and Cedars-Sinai Orthopedic Center Trauma Team.

Josh is currently the Team Physician for the UCLA Men’s Soccer, Women’s Water Polo, and Men’s Baseball teams. He previously served as team physician for UCLA Men’s Volleyball, Women’s Softball, Women’s Rowing, Men’s Tennis, and Women’s Golf, and numerous high schools in the Los Angeles area. He worked as a volunteer physician at the United Stated Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and the AVP Tour in Manhattan Beach. He also provided medical coverage for the USA Taekwondo National Team Trials and NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.

Dan Chang

Dan received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a masters degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern California. Dan has ten years experience in health finance and business development, specifically in the field of oncology and is also a published author in The Breast, an international, multidisciplinary journal for clinicians for the advancement of breast cancer prevention and therapy.

Dan believes that an active lifestyle balanced with friends and fun is the key to a happy and healthy body and mind. This, at the heart, is everything the Electric Flight Crew embodies.

Jonathan Albrecht
Jonathan AlbrechtDirector of Black Ops
Born and raised here in Los Angeles, Jonathan Albrecht has made quite a name for himself in the fitness community. After graduating with a degree in Decision Sciences from the University of San Diego, Albrecht went on to work at IBM as an analyst. His next move took him to lululemon athletica where he worked in operations training. After a successful stint with lululemon, Albrecht took a position as the Director of Operations for the Jenny Schatzle Program in Santa Barbara. He is now the acting Regional Director of Operations for Orangetheory Fitness, Los Angeles.

A running enthusiast, Albrecht has competed in countless half-marathons, five LA Marathons, an ultra-marathon, and completed the Oceanside 70.3 Ironman. In his free time he enjoys boxing, hockey, and playing with his chocolate lab Brooklyn!

Jamie Chiu
Jamie ChiuDirector of Marketing + PR
Jamie is a native Southern Californian with a long-standing passion for fitness and health. She is an avid runner, having completed nine full marathons and numerous half marathons. She is a mentor for the LA Leggers marathon training group and an ambassador for Fit2Run. After receiving her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Jamie became inspired to help others achieve their fitness goals. She left her long-standing career in pharmaceutical sales to open Pure Barre Sherman Oaks in 2012.
David Nonberg
David NonbergDirector of Visual Media
When he’s not masquerading as a flying carrot or out surfing, David works as Vice President of a broadcast television station group. David has always had a love for all things media and has spent the better part of his life creating and developing various content.

David earned his BA in English from Carleton College, where he was a four- year varsity swimmer and captain his senior year. He then went on to earn his MFA from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. While in graduate school, in addition to producing several documentaries, he was also the graduate assistant coach for the swim team.

David has completed several Ironman and Ironman 70.3 triathlons, continues to train and run half and full marathons, as well as surfs on a weekly basis. As someone who spent two-thirds of his life on a team, for David, EFC is just as much about the community and creating lasting friendships as it is about the fitness.

Luke Cebula
Luke CebulaDirector of Communications
Luke grew up in Southern California where he obsessively played club soccer with his twin brother. His studies took him to Pratt Institute in NYC where he is currently completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design with a minor in History of Art and Design. He is an avid runner and completes every half marathon he gets the chance to. He plans to run the NYC and LA marathons upon graduation.

Luke lives a very active lifestyle. You can find him working out at the nearest SoulCycle or OrangetheoryFitness studio, running on the beach in LA, or running along the Hudson River in NYC. He is a huge believer in Christopher McDougall’s words from the book Born to Run, “If you don’t have answers to your problems after a four-hour run, you ain’t getting them.”
